I ordered from tradingshenzhen.com and, to be honest, the shipping was faster than I was thinking it would be. I got the tracking not long after ordering, and then the package showed up earlier than expected, which was nice. The packing was all fine too, nothing weird or damaged. No problems on my side, so yeah, I would probably order from them again...

"Tracking matched what I expected"
I ordered from Trading Shenzhen the tracking was better than I was expecting. I mostly just wanted clear updates without having to guess where my package was, and that’s pretty much what I got.
Every time the parcel moved, the tracking page seemed to update quickly. The steps made sense too, instead of jumping around or showing random confusing statuses like I’ve seen with some other shops.
The delivery estimate ended up being close to what was shown, so it met my expectations for sure. It wasn’t anything flashy, but for basic tracking and peace of mind, I was happy with it

"I Was Fully Bracing for a Nightmare"
I had to return my phone i was preparing myself for an entire saga. Like, I was ready for stress, confusion, and maybe a full emotional breakdown over a refund. But somehow it was actually super smooth? Support got back to me really quickly, I sent the package back, and once they received it, the refund came through. I was shocked at how uneventful it was. No big drama at all, which felt almost suspiciously nice.

I stopped in on my way to run a couple other errands, so I was kind of in a hurry and just hoping the whole thing wouldn’t take too long. The place was straightforward, nothing complicated, and everything moved along like you’d expect. When it came time to pay, I used my card and it went through with no problems at all

I decided to order from Trading Shenzhen mostly because the price was better than most other shops I looked at. The shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but I kind of expected that, so it wasn’t a big issue. The phone arrived in good condition and I ended up saving some money overall. The only small thing I’d improve is the update speed, since it would’ve been nice to get information a bit quicker. Still, considering the price, I’m happy with the deal.

I ordered from TradingShenzhen, and the biggest thing I noticed was the processing time. It was not awful, but it was definitely not quick either. It took a few days before the order really seemed to move, so I kept checking the order page often. Once it finally shipped, everything felt more okay. Support did reply when I reached out, which I appreciated, but I do think they could be a bit clearer when there are delays. Overall, it was not a bad experience, just kind of average for me.

"Pretty smooth order, just watch for customs"
my order from TradingShenzhen went mostly fine. The item arrived in good condition and I didn’t have any real problems with the product itself. The only downside was having to pay extra customs/import fees once it reached my country, which I sort of expected, but it wasn’t super clear during checkout. That also slowed the delivery down a bit. Overall not a bad experience, just be prepared for possible extra costs.

I had an issue with my phone after a few months, and to be honest I was a little nervous since I bought it from China. I reached out to tradingshenzhen and they got back to me quickly, asking for some photos and details so they could check everything properly.
The warranty process did take a bit of time, but I think most customers would understand that this kind of thing isn’t always instant. In the end, they helped me out, fixed the problem, and kept the communication clear the whole way. Really good support and definitely 5 stars from me

I ended up paying less than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise. The phone showed up in good shape too. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but I guess that happens sometimes, and for the price, I’m not really complaining. Overall, I’m happy with it.
